A clear copy of the employee’s passport, which should be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
Identification Documents
For nationals from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, or Iran, specific identification documents are required.
Employee Photo
A recent passport-sized photograph of the employee with a white background, taken in a professional studio.
Education Certificate
The employee’s educational qualifications must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in the home country, the UAE embassy in the home country, and MOFA in the UAE.
Designation
The job title or position the employee will hold in the UAE.

Mission Visa applications fail on two things above all: company eligibility and the applicant being in the wrong country. These six are confirmed before anything is filed.
Company quota & MOL eligibility
Not every company can issue a Mission Visa. Eligibility is assessed by the Ministry of Labour based on the company’s activities, and the quota is checked before anything is filed.

Applicant location

Education attestation
The education certificate needs three layers of attestation, two of them completed abroad. It is the longest lead item in the file by a wide margin.

A Mission Visa is temporary by design. The 90-day window is firm, and what happens at the end of it needs planning at the start.
