How it works
Action: apply for an Employment Visa quota. Location: Tas’heel Centre. Documents Required: Trade License, Company Labor Card, Ejari (rental contract), designation, gender, electronic signature, email address, and contact number.
Action: once the quota is approved, obtain the Work Permit. Details: the Work Permit needs to be typed at the Tas’heel Centre. Obtain signatures and thumb impressions from the employee. For Out-of-Country Employees: the offer letter can be emailed. Upon signing, scan and submit the documents. Documents Required: Trade License, Company Labor Card, passport copy, salary details, and the original electronic signature card. Approval Timeline: 2 to 4 working days, depending on nationality.
Action: pay for Labour Insurance. Payment Method: cash or card at Dubai Insurance.
Action: pay the Labour Fee at the Tas’heel Centre. Fee Details: Category 2 — AED 1,284.77. Category 3 — AED 3,550.77.
Action: apply for the Entry Permit. Fee: AED 356.20 for outside country, or AED 356.20 for inside country. Application Method: Online Portal or Amer Center. Processing Time: depends on nationality; includes security checks. Requirements: minimum age of 18 and maximum of 65.
